Serious lack of detail - but hope it went well. Are you doing a speed awareness course? I had to go on one of those. It was really good & cured me of going perpetually slightly too fast.

ReplyDeleteAnd well done on getting to the various headpokers - Mirtazapine was an interesting one for me, get someone to keep an eye out since it does create a bit of a spike in suicidal ideation.
